By booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging CT Freedom Inc. ("CT Freedom," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Services Description

CT Freedom provides business consulting services, including operational assessments and the design and implementation of systems across HR, Sales & Marketing, Billing, Delivery/Operations, and Quality Control. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided before any payment is collected.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing for each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins or payment is collected. Depending on the scope of your engagement, payment may be structured as a one-time fee, a split schedule (e.g. a deposit followed by a balance on completion), or recurring billing for ongoing partnerships — the exact schedule, accepted payment methods, and currency are set out in your written service agreement.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. CT Freedom does not store full payment card details.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as set out in your service agreement.

For paid engagements, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to information, personnel, and systems reasonably required for CT Freedom to deliver the agreed services, and to review and respond to deliverables within a reasonable time.

6. No Guarantee of Results

7. Intellectual Property

Templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials developed by CT Freedom remain the intellectual property of CT Freedom unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client receives a license to use deliverables created specifically for their business for their internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CT Freedom's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. CT Freedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

CT Freedom may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
